The Community of Madrid has launched a new tourist map for Chinchón, designed to guide visitors and residents through its points of interest and facilitate the use of interurban public transport.

This material joins the existing collection, which includes maps of the historic center of the capital and the old towns of Alcalá de Henares, Aranjuez, and San Lorenzo de El Escorial. The primary goal is to help users locate the main heritage, cultural, and leisure attractions of the municipality, as well as bus connections to other towns in the region.
The map provides a clear representation of Chinchón's prominent monuments and sites, complemented by detailed information on the interurban bus lines operating in the area. Routes, stops, and destinations are specified, making travel planning easier.
Like other tourist materials, this new map will be distributed in print format through the network of tourist offices. The initiative aims to foster intermodality and promote public transport as the preferred option for accessing and moving around the town. Users can take advantage of the Regional Transport Consortium of Madrid's (CRTM) Tourist Passes.
In addition to the printed version, the map is available for consultation and download on the CRTM website, allowing both tourists and residents to plan their journeys in advance. This project is the result of collaboration between the CRTM and the General Directorate of Tourism and Hospitality of the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Sport.
