The program, commencing on September 21st, is aimed at female residents of Ciempozuelos, Chinchón, Morata de Tajuña, San Martín de la Vega, Titulcia, and Villaconejos. Its objective is to facilitate women's labor market integration through personalized attention and in-person workshops.
The initiative combines two lines of work. Firstly, an initial interview will be conducted with each participant to design a personalized employment pathway, tailored to their experience, training, and availability. Secondly, a series of in-person workshops will be held, rotating through the six municipalities.
The workshops will cover key topics such as CV writing, active job searching, job interview techniques, time management, co-responsibility, leadership, access to leadership positions, and entrepreneurship and business creation. Each municipality will host one session of each workshop, with dates to be announced soon through the local town halls.
Participation in this service is free of charge, although places are limited. Interested individuals can register by sending an email to the address provided in the original press release. All women registered in any of the Mancomunidad's municipalities who are actively seeking employment are eligible.
This program is part of the Program for the Promotion of Equal Opportunities between Women and Men and is co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) 2021-2027, and by the Comunidad de Madrid.
