The Picasso Museum – Eugenio Arias Collection, in collaboration with the Buitrago del Lozoya City Council, has organized a series of summer workshops for families with children aged 5 to 12. These activities aim to explore the deep friendship between Picasso and Eugenio Arias.
The workshops propose six thematic journeys to understand the different facets of this relationship. Participants will create toys, mobile objects, and visual poems, experimenting with various artistic techniques. One of the practical sessions will involve creating a mobile aerial piece, inspired by Picasso's work for theater companies and the circus imaginary.
As part of the experience, a fun scavenger hunt will be held, recreating aspects of the daily and affectionate relationship between Picasso and Eugenio Arias, turning history into an interactive experience.
The activity, led by IDAE, is free but requires prior reservation due to limited capacity. Interested individuals should contact via email at [museopicasso@buitrago.org](mailto:museopicasso@buitrago.org) or by phone at 918 680 056 ext.4, providing the full names of participants, the number of spots reserved, and a contact phone number.
