The Community of Madrid has expanded its Mobile Citizen Service Office to cover all municipalities with a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants.

The objective of this initiative is to bring the administration closer to citizens, preventing them from having to travel to request information about the programs and services offered by the Community of Madrid, as well as to carry out administrative procedures.
Services offered include citizen information and guidance, document registration, advice and assistance in completing applications and forms, support in carrying out procedures with the Community of Madrid, and the collection of suggestions, complaints, and acknowledgments.
Additionally, the Virtual Health Card will be processed for individuals over 18 years of age who already possess a Health Card.
