The Brotherhood of San Blas, in collaboration with the Collado Villalba City Council, is organizing today, Easter Monday, the traditional Peña Redondera country picnic, a festive day open to all residents and visitors.

This event, which has become a deeply rooted custom in the town for decades, offers attendees the opportunity to enjoy a festive and communal atmosphere. The day includes the tasting of typical dishes such as tortillas, breaded fillets, and peppers, accompanied by the music of dulzainas and tamborileros.
The picnic will start at 5:30 PM in the area known as Peña Redondera, located on Camino Gordo-El Peñote street, towards Fuentepizarro, within the Collado Villalba-Pueblo area.
Both the Brotherhood of San Blas and the Collado Villalba City Council extend an invitation to all citizens to participate in this celebration, which seeks to keep local traditions alive and foster coexistence among residents and visitors to the municipality.
