The Guadarrama Development Association (Adesgam) has launched a tourism and cultural revitalization program that includes family workshops introducing circus arts in fourteen municipalities of the Sierra de Guadarrama until next September.

The initiative, which aims to promote an events agenda to de-seasonalize tourism and boost local economic activity year-round, is coordinated directly with the municipalities integrated into the destination. The first stop for these workshops will be this Friday in Miraflores de la Sierra.
The workshops will take place in Guadarrama, Los Molinos, Cercedilla, Moralzarzal, Alpedrete, Navacerrada, Becerril de la Sierra, Collado Mediano, El Boalo-Cerceda-Mataelpino, Manzanares el Real, Soto del Real, Guadalix de la Sierra, Miraflores de la Sierra, and Hoyo de Manzanares. Adesgam guarantees one session in each location between July and September.
Designed for children aged four to thirteen, each two-hour session will be led by specialized instructors. A playful circuit will be set up to foster balance and concentration, including activities such as the autonomous balance beam, balance ball, and a juggling area with various props.
This quality leisure proposal is aimed at both visitors and tourists as well as residents of the region. It is part of the Regional Tourism Strategy 2023-2026 of the Community of Madrid, promoting Territorial Tourism Innovation Centers as tools for governance and territorial cohesion.
