The Plaza de la Constitución in San Lorenzo de El Escorial will become the epicenter of animal welfare on June 13th and 14th with the celebration of the III Responsible Adoption Fair.

The main objective of this fair is to promote responsible pet ownership and raise awareness for the work of various animal welfare associations. The event, organized by Escorial Felino in collaboration with the City Council, will run from 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM.
Attendees can visit the stands of different protective organizations to get information on adoptions, care, and responsible coexistence with companion animals. Saturday, June 13th's program includes an official opening, presentations, a Baileactivo® session led by Danny Zambrano, a talk on responsible adoption by the Michos Felices Association, and an oriental dance workshop by Alba Morales, along with a dog adoption presentation.
Sunday, June 14th, will kick off with a basic dog training class by the Educadog Association. Following that, the group EfectiviWonder will present an urban dance exhibition. The afternoon will conclude with another dog adoption presentation and a charity raffle with prizes donated by local sponsors.
The organization emphasizes the importance of adequate information before adopting, ensuring compatibility between the animal's needs and the future owner's lifestyle, as responsible ownership is a long-term commitment.
