The municipality of Moralzarzal is gearing up to welcome the 2026 Summer Culture with a diverse program designed for all audiences. Activities will run throughout July and August, transforming the town into a hub for leisure and culture.
One of the most anticipated events is the open-air cinema, held every Thursday at the Parque del Raso. Screenings will start at 10:30 PM in July and 10:00 PM in August, showcasing films such as 'Lilo & Stitch', 'Mufasa, The Lion King', and 'Paddington'.
The schedule also includes the concert 'The Beauty of Simplicity' by the Spanish Chamber Orchestra on Saturday, July 11th, at the Municipal Theater. The performance will journey through classical melodies and Bartók's dances.
Contemporary circus arrives on Saturday, July 18th, with 'Obertura (Allegro ma non troppo)' at the Parque del Raso, a wordless gestural and musical performance. On Friday, July 24th, the same venue will host 'Historia de un Tango', featuring singer Rodrigo Gual.
On August 8th, the Parque del Raso will host 'Maña' by the Manolo Alcántara Company, recipient of the National Circus Award 2021, showcasing a creative process using natural resources.
To conclude the program, on Saturday, August 21st, the Plaza de la Constitución will come alive with the pop-rock concert by Reina de la Selva, a local band known for its powerful live performances.
