The topography of Moralzarzal, with numerous scattered homes in forest and rural areas, requires more robust vehicles than conventional cars, which suffer significant wear and tear on uneven paths.

The choice of an SUV model with a non-plug-in hybrid engine aims to ensure optimal performance in challenging terrains while adhering to environmental standards. This powertrain will contribute to lower greenhouse gas emissions and more efficient fuel consumption per kilometer.

The funding for this purchase will be entirely covered by a grant of 40,000.00 euros (VAT included), awarded by the Madrid Security and Emergencies Agency 112. This regional aid is specifically allocated for equipping Local Police forces within the Community of Madrid.

The procurement process will follow a simplified summary open procedure. Once the contract is awarded, the selected company will have a maximum of 60 business days to deliver the fully equipped vehicle.
