The eAgora platform will be available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, allowing citizens to have the City Council on their mobile device. The presentation event will take place at 09:30 AM at the Centro de Mayores Los Canteros, located in Plaza de la Constitución.
During the presentation, the mayor, Juan Rodríguez Fernández-Alfaro, and the CMO of eAgora, Rafael Jesús Cadavieco Guiral, will detail the tool's functionality and the first available features. This initiative is part of the Digitalization of Local Entities Program - SIDERAL Program, promoted by the General Directorate of Digital Strategy of the Community of Madrid.
In its initial phase, eAgora will include essential services such as an incident reporting system for notifications, a municipal mailbox for inquiries and suggestions, an events calendar, and official announcements. The goal is to reduce travel, avoid queues, and streamline the management of municipal information.
The project foresees progressive expansion with the addition of new services, such as bulky item collection, and other functionalities that will allow residents to carry out various procedures, registrations, and access relevant resources from a single platform.
