Alpedrete Cultural Agenda: September Exhibitions, Workshops, and Concerts

The Asunción Balaguer Cultural Center and Municipal Library will host various artistic and educational activities throughout the month.

Alpedrete presents its cultural agenda for September, featuring exhibitions, workshops, conferences, and concerts at various municipal venues.

The Asunción Balaguer Cultural Center will host several events, including the traveling exhibition “Surrealismos” by Óscar Domínguez, running from August 28 to September 21. Additionally, it will feature the exhibition “Nancy contra el cáncer” from September 22 to October 10, and a collective painting exhibition from September 22 to October 10.
Educational offerings include a Circus Workshop on Saturday, September 19, in the morning, and a Conference titled “Estío o verano tardío: Tiempo de transición”, led by Lorenzo Bastida, on the same Saturday at 6:30 PM at the Asunción Balaguer Cultural Center.
The Municipal Library will host a Weavers' Meeting on Saturday, September 5, and a book presentation with workshop for “Los Belliquercus”, by author Ezao, on Friday, September 25.
Music and performance will also have their space. On Saturday, September 19, Francisco Rabal Square will come alive with the circus show “Play Time” (free entry). That same afternoon, the Asunción Balaguer Cultural Center will host the tribute concert to Julio Iglesias, “La leyenda continúa”, by Jaime Navarro.
The weekend of September 26 will conclude with the Boutique of Art and Designer Crafts, offering exclusive works from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
