Residents of Villaviciosa de Odón and Boadilla del Monte can now register to participate in the VIII Carrera Vereda de los Guardias. Registration will be open until October 14th.
Interested individuals can register in person at the Department of Sports (located at the Miguel Delibes Center, from 09:00 to 14:00) or at the information point of the CDM Condesa de Chinchón in Boadilla del Monte.
The race, covering a distance of 6.5 km, will start on October 18th at 10:00 AM. The route will connect the Civil Guard barracks of Villaviciosa de Odón with that of Boadilla del Monte.
The event was presented by the mayors of both municipalities, Juan Pedro Izquierdo and Javier Úbeda. Participation is open to individuals over 18 years old, and places are limited.
As a requirement for registration, participants must donate 2 kg of non-perishable food items. These donations will be given to charitable organizations in both municipalities.
