The changes to public transport services will be in effect from Thursday, October 1st, starting at 7:00 PM, until Wednesday, October 7th, at approximately 12:00 PM. These alterations are due to planned traffic disruptions during the celebrations.
Line 232 (Alcalá de Henares – Torres de la Alameda) will only operate with stops located on Calle Madrid. All other usual stops for this line within the municipality will be temporarily out of service.
For line 261 (Madrid – Nuevo Baztán – Villar del Olmo), the operational stops will be those located at Ronda de las Conejeras, Calle Mayor with Calle Sauces, and Calle Mayor with Calle Rubens. The remaining usual stops for this line in the municipality will also be temporarily suspended.
The council has requested the Transport Consortium to establish two additional temporary stops. The proposed locations are the intersection of c/ Miguel de Unamuno with c/ Antonio Machado and the intersection of c/ Camilo José Cela with Paseo de los Pozos. Their service activation will be confirmed upon receiving a response.
Furthermore, line 231 (Alcalá de Henares – Urb. Zulema – El Viso – Polígono Torres) will maintain its usual route and stops without modifications during the festive period.
