Residents of Collado Villalba have expressed their deep dissatisfaction with the disorder and dirtiness generated during the recent San Antonio Festivals, particularly in areas near the Dehesa Boyal and Begles Park.

A letter sent to this publication describes a scene of traffic chaos, invasion of parking lots and public roads with tables and chairs, and streets filled with filth, bags, bottles, broken glass, and excrement. The infernal noise late into the night is another point of criticism, affecting residents' health.
The author of the letter questions the lack of consideration, respect, and civility from visitors, and criticizes the inaction of the City Council and security forces. The invasion of cars in Begles Park, a pedestrianized area, is highlighted as an example of moral degeneration and unsuitability for a civilized environment.
A call is made for greater institutional responsibility to curb these actions. The letter suggests the provisional arrangement of parking areas on natural land, similar to what is done for the Youth Tent or the Bullring, to later return them to their natural state, respecting the Dehesa.
Finally, a call to awareness is made, especially from the City Council itself, to prevent these situations from recurring in future celebrations.
