This initiative, designed to support family reconciliation, includes the Summer School Pozuelo program, aimed at children from preschool and primary education (ages 3 to 12). This program will run in fortnightly sessions from the last week of June and throughout July in several municipal schools, such as Infanta Elena, Las Acacias, Príncipes de Asturias, Pinar Prados de Torrejón, and Los Ángeles.
Participants in the Summer School Pozuelo will enjoy sports, artistic, and recreational activities, many of which will be taught in English. The pre-registration period began on Monday at 10:30 AM and will extend until May 8 at 1:30 PM. Formal registration can be completed from May 14 until May 20 at 11:59 PM, with a re-assignment of places scheduled from May 25.
Additionally, the School of Creativity and Performing Arts has opened its pre-registration period for an intensive summer course, led by professionals from Producciones Yllana. This course is aimed at children aged 4 to 16 and seeks to foster creativity, imagination, and social skills through theater and various artistic expression disciplines. It will also run in fortnightly sessions during July.
The Department of Family and Disability Care has organized an inclusive workshop colony at Espacio Ocio, which will take place in fortnightly sessions in July. This activity is intended for children and young people aged 4 to 25, both with and without disabilities. The application period for registered residents is from May 5 to 9, and from May 10 to 12 for others. Camps organized by the Departments of Sports and Youth will also be announced soon.
