The Department of Education of the City Council, together with the Ministry of Education, Science and Universities of the Community of Madrid, has launched the ‘Días sin Cole’ program. This children's educational leisure initiative is designed to help balance work and family life during non-school working days of the school calendar.
The upcoming sessions will take place from September 1 to 4, 2026, at the CEIP Nuestra Señora de Lourdes. They are aimed at students enrolled in Torrelodones who are in the second cycle of Early Childhood Education and Primary Education. A minimum of 10 participants are required for the activity to proceed, with a ratio of one monitor per eight schoolchildren.
Interested families have until Thursday, August 27, at 1:00 PM, to register. The form, which can be downloaded and completed, must be submitted by email to actividadesextraescolares@ayto-torrelodones.org or in person at the Zona Joven Torreforum, located at avenida de Torrelodones, 8.
Payments will be made by bank transfer. Cancellations, withdrawals, or modifications must be communicated in writing to the Department of Education before the registration deadline, by contacting actividadesextraescolares@ayto-torrelodones.org. Otherwise, the corresponding receipt will be charged. Non-attendance does not exempt payment if the withdrawal has not been previously communicated in writing.
