Starting June 3rd, Mariano Cuadrado Square in Torrelodones will host the Mobile Citizen Service Office of the Community of Madrid every Wednesday, bringing administrative services closer to residents.

The Community of Madrid has announced that a mobile citizen service unit will be permanently stationed in Mariano Cuadrado Square in Torrelodones every Wednesday. This initiative aims to extend administrative coverage to municipalities with fewer than 65,000 inhabitants, enabling citizens to complete procedures and obtain information without needing to travel to the capital.
These mobile units, designed to be accessible for individuals with reduced mobility, are equipped similarly to fixed offices. They offer a wide range of services, including information and guidance on regional programs, assistance with administrative forms, processing of the Virtual Health Card for those over 16, and applications for the digital Youth Card, as well as collecting suggestions and complaints.
The service will commence on June 3rd and will be available every Wednesday, excluding holidays, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Last year, this service assisted 14,284 residents, marking a 74% increase from the previous year. The most frequent inquiries concerned disability (33%), dependency (19%), family matters (18%), and maternity (6%).
Since their launch three years ago, these mobile units have provided assistance to a total of 27,836 inhabitants, establishing themselves as a key resource for bringing the Administration closer to citizens throughout the region.
