The Teatro Bulevar in Torrelodones hosts the premiere of "Lejano" this Friday, September 11th, the most intimate and raw proposal by dancer José Maya, focusing on the truth of flamenco singing.

Torrelodones welcomes its performance program with "Lejano", a work by dancer José Maya premiering this Friday, September 11th, at the Teatro Bulevar. The show, starting at 7:30 PM, promises to be an intimate and profound experience, centered on flamenco singing and raw truth.
After its presentation at the XX edition of Suma Flamenca de Madrid in the Teatros del Canal, "Lejano" arrives in Torrelodones under the slogan "Tradition and Avant-Garde". The performance aims to explore the artist's identity as a time traveler, finding his roots in ancestral legacy and the instinct that transcends time.
Influenced by his mentor "El Güito" and his Gitano heritage, José Maya will fuse singing and dance. He will be accompanied by the voices of Isabel "El Bola", José "El Calli", and Delia Membrive. The instrumental ensemble will feature the guitar of "El Peli", the cello of Batio Hangonyi, and the percussion of Lucky Losada.
Tickets for "Lejano" are priced at €25 and can be purchased through the municipal website or at the Casa de Cultura Paco de Lucía.
