The Hoyo de Manzanares City Council, in collaboration with the Primary Care team, has launched a health education workshop aimed at individuals over 70 years old.

This program, resuming after last year's success, focuses on adapted physical exercise to enhance well-being, maintain autonomy, and prevent falls. Sessions include strength, balance, and resistance exercises, designed to promote active and healthy aging.
In addition to practical activities, the workshop will provide participants with guidelines and advice on how to safely and consistently integrate physical activity into their daily routines.
The sessions will take place at the Cultural Center throughout May, specifically on the 6th, 13th, 20th, and 27th, from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Although attendance is free, prior registration at the local Health Center is mandatory.
