The THAM Commonwealth has launched three new low-to-medium difficulty hiking routes in Torrelodones, aimed at residents over 65, scheduled for May 27, June 3, and June 17.

These walks are designed to promote exercise, social life, and the discovery of natural environments, traversing locations such as Canto del Pico, La Atalaya, and the Camino del Fortín.
The program aims to serve as a preventive measure to maintain the autonomy of older adults, combating physical and social isolation through group activities and contact with nature.
Participants will have the opportunity to improve their aerobic capacity, spatial orientation, and personal interaction while exploring the landscapes of Torrelodones.
Registration for the first hike, scheduled for May 27, is now open via the form available on the THAM Commonwealth website.
