From May 7th to 17th, local bars, restaurants, and gastro-bars will present a wide variety of dishes, reinterpreting oxtail from its most classic versions to its most creative. These days have become an essential event in the region's gastronomic calendar.
The culinary offer is diverse and surprising. Attendees will be able to taste oxtail in traditional preparations such as stewed, Cordovan style, or braised. However, more daring options will also be presented, such as oxtail ingots, brioches with foie, accompaniments with artichoke flower, burgers, soupy rice, or croquettes.
All participating establishments will serve their creations during lunchtime hours, and some will extend their offerings into the evenings. To find out specific details about each participant, their dishes, and schedules, it is recommended to consult the official information available.
