The Galapagar City Council is organizing the 21st edition of its jazz and fusion music festival, GalapaJazz, which will take place from June 26 to July 4.

The event will offer ten concerts and a photographic exhibition, bringing together prominent national and international artists. Among them are guitarist Vicente Amigo, performing on July 3, and Dominican pianist Michel Camilo, who will close the festival on July 4.
The Councilor for Culture, Paloma Lorenzo, highlighted the commitment to top-tier international figures to enhance the event's projection. In addition to the main concerts, eight free outdoor performances will be held near the La Pocilla Cultural Center.
Musicians such as Andrew Baker, Habana-Madrid Sax Quintet, Alana Sinkëy, and the duo of Antonio Serrano and Kaele Jiménez will perform on the outdoor stage. The Big Band Galapagar will also play a significant role throughout the five days of the festival, coinciding with the group's 25th anniversary.

Galapagar is once again the great cultural benchmark of the sierra.

Paloma Lorenzo asserted that this edition consolidates the "political commitment to excellence" and reaffirms Galapagar as a cultural reference point in the sierra.
