The Collado Villalba City Council has launched the second edition of the Employment Club, a free training program designed to prepare citizens for the evolving demands of the labor market.

The program, under the slogan '360° Candidate,' aims to enhance participants' professional profiles by addressing various key areas. Special attention will be given to digital competencies, artificial intelligence, emotional intelligence, and communication, as well as the ability to highlight individual talent.
The initiative is structured into ten workshops covering technical tools such as Excel, Power BI, office automation, and cloud-based tools, along with website creation using WordPress. Additionally, it will include content on artificial intelligence and electronic headquarters, complemented by sessions focused on personal confidence and emotional intelligence.

"Artificial intelligence and new technologies open up new possibilities. In this regard, our commitment is that no one is left behind. That's why we are committed to practical, free, and accessible training that combines digital specialization with the development of human talent."
