Collado Villalba will be the setting this Saturday, May 23rd, for the First Children's Rugby Days, an event that will gather approximately 400 children from the Community of Madrid to promote grassroots sports.

The Rugby Villalba Club, in collaboration with the Madrid Rugby Federation, has organized this event dedicated to grassroots rugby. The main objective is to foster sports practice, coexistence, and the inherent values of rugby among the youngest participants.
Activities will take place at the Municipal Sports Center from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, in a family-friendly and festive atmosphere that will also include games, face painting, merchandise, and other surprises for all attendees.
Organizers from the club have emphasized the importance of these days for the growth of rugby in the Sierra de Guadarrama region. "It is a very special day for our club and for grassroots sports in the sierra. We want to fill the stands and have all families enjoy a great day of rugby and camaraderie," stated sources from the Rugby Villalba Club.
