The event will bring together 17 drivers from seven nationalities in the European category and 12 participants in the national one. The competition will serve as the closing round of the FIA European Championship, being the first to use fuels from renewable sources.
These racing trucks, which reach a regulated top speed of 160 kilometers per hour, have engines exceeding 1,200 horsepower and weigh five tons. The Young Drivers Champions category, created in 2023, is reserved for participants under 30 years old.
One of the main attractions for the public will be the reversed grid for the second race of each day, where the top eight classified drivers swap their starting order, promising exciting comebacks and overtakes. Spectators will also be able to observe the striking columns of steam emitted by the large water-cooled brake discs during the most demanding braking maneuvers.
In addition to the races, the fan zone will offer various activities such as simulators, a karting circuit, food trucks, a merchandising area, and remote-controlled car and scalextric circuits, along with driver presentations.
