The initiative aims to connect job seekers with more than 200 available positions across various sectors. The offers range from administrative and auxiliary services to hospitality, retail, healthcare, social services, transportation, warehousing, and personal care.

Special attention will be given to individuals with a Disability Certificate, featuring specific vacancies in gardening, cleaning, telemarketing, and retail assistance, among other areas. Some companies will conduct on-site job interviews and interviews for candidates pre-selected through the municipal Employment Agency.

Under the theme ‘Talent and Drive: Connect, Grow, and Advance’, the fair will include conferences and workshops led by renowned speakers. These sessions will provide useful and innovative tools for an effective job search, with a particular focus on utilizing Artificial Intelligence.

Participating companies include Carrefour, Mediamarkt, Avanza Movility, Fundación Apascovi, Grupo Día, Universidad de Nebrija, Hospital Universitario de Collado Villalba, Valoriza, Adecco Fundación, and Ilunion, among others.

To participate in the selection processes, registration with the Collado Villalba City Council's Employment Agency is required.
