The Collado Villalba City Council and the Antonio de Nebrija University have formalized a collaboration agreement to boost citizens' job placement through the Municipal Employment Agency.

The Mayoress of Collado Villalba and the Director General of the Antonio de Nebrija University signed the agreement this week. This pact stipulates that the Municipal Employment Agency will prioritize managing job offers from the university institution, committing to send at least four qualified candidates for each vacant position. Additionally, the Agency will provide facilities for the selection process, including the potential use of spaces if necessary.
The signing took place last Tuesday, May 26th, during the twelfth edition of the Employment Fair. This annual event brings together numerous collaborating companies and serves as a meeting point for job seekers and local businesses looking to fill their staffing needs.
This agreement complements other recent pacts established by the City Council's Employment department with prominent companies in Collado Villalba, all aimed at improving and promoting local employment. The City Council's Employment Agency is a public and free service whose mission is to act as a mediator in the labor market, assisting unemployed individuals in their job search and companies in filling their vacancies with qualified personnel.
