The Collado Villalba City Council has congratulated the Collado Villalba Volleyball Club for its recent achievements, including regional championships and qualifications for national tournaments in the 2025-2026 season.

The junior men's team of Club Voleibol Collado Villalba has demonstrated its dominance by becoming champions of the Community of Madrid. After leading the regular league in their category, the team won the final phase against Club Leganés, securing their spot in the Spanish Championship to be held in early May in Almendralejo.
This victory adds to the outstanding performance of the First National women's players, who also lead their category and are preparing to compete for promotion to the second division of national volleyball in A Coruña. The club's youth academy continues to achieve success, with the youth men's team also being crowned champions of Madrid and earning their pass to the Spanish Championship, which will take place in Móstoles. A member of this team was recognized as the Most Valuable Player (MVP) in the Madrid final.
The Collado Villalba Volleyball Club has a history of significant achievements, such as the two Spanish Cups won in 2024 by both the junior men's and women's teams. These successes reflect the commitment and dedication of the athletes and coaching staff.

"For taking the name of Collado Villalba to the highest level, for the excellent youth academy this team has, and for the constant perseverance and effort, which always bear fruit, as has happened this season. We wish you great success in the Spanish Championship. We are very proud of you."
