Residents interested in these protected housing units can submit their applications through the council's Electronic Office or in person at the Municipal Registry, located at Plaza Mayor, n.º 15. The office hours for in-person submissions are from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
To address any questions and provide assistance, the City Council has set up an in-person support service on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, at Plaza Mayor, n.º 20. An appointment is required; please call 918159066.
Applicants choosing the in-person route must download and complete the Application Form and the Declaration of Responsibility, available in PDF format. These documents, along with a photocopy of their National Identity Document, must be submitted signed at the Municipal Registry.
