The initiative, which will begin with a pilot phase this summer before its full implementation in September, involves nine municipal departments. The goal is to address the impact of intensive mobile device usage on daily life, offering resources to educational centers, families, and local associations.
Key measures include the creation of counseling programs and the promotion of the Family Contract for the First Mobile Phone. Additionally, awareness campaigns regarding techno-stress will be conducted, and healthy leisure activities will be encouraged to reduce screen dependency across all age groups.
The project also includes digital literacy for the elderly and the participation of the local business sector, which will be eligible for a Digital Health Responsible Company badge. During the summer months, workshops will be held in urban camps and sports facilities to evaluate the methodology before the start of the new school year.
