The municipality of San Sebastián de los Reyes is preparing to host the twenty-third edition of the National U11 F7 Diego Alcalá Rivero Tournament on May 1st, an event that will bring together young football talents at the Gabriel Pedregal Sports Complex.

The competition, organized by the Club Juventud Sanse with the collaboration of the City Council, has become an essential event in the local sports calendar. Throughout the day, from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM, U11 teams from various origins will compete in a 7-a-side football format.
This tournament maintains its commemorative nature in honor of Diego Alcalá Rivero, a young player who was associated with both Club Juventud Sanse and Atlético de Madrid and who passed away while playing a match. His memory has been an essential part of the event's identity since its inception.
Participants are expected to include some of the most prominent youth academies from the Community of Madrid, along with invited clubs from other regions of the country. The organization aims to offer a day dedicated to youth football, promoting the participation and development of young talents.
The Gabriel Pedregal Sports Complex, a regular venue for this type of competition in the municipality, will be the setting where players, coaches, and families will gather. The continuity of this tournament, with over two decades of history, highlights the involvement of the organizing club and the institutional support from the council.
