The San Sebastián de los Reyes City Council has opened registration for two professional and personal development workshops aimed at women in the municipality, which will take place during the month of May.

These training programs seek to improve well-being, strengthen competencies, and facilitate access to positions of responsibility for participants. Registrations have been open since April 22.
The initiative is part of municipal policies focused on training and equal opportunities, with educational programs addressing both personal and professional spheres.
The first course, titled ‘Conscious Self-Care for Women: Body, Emotions, and Time in Balance’, will run from May 4 to 13, from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM. Over eight practical sessions, participants will work on body connection, emotional management, and time organization from a gender perspective, aiming to reduce stress and achieve personal balance.
The second workshop, ‘Women who Communicate, Decide, and Shine: Skills for Personal and Professional Development’, will take place from May 18 to 27, from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM. This program, also consisting of eight sessions, focuses on skills such as assertive communication, conflict management, decision-making, and professional visibility, being especially beneficial for women seeking employment or in career transition.
Both workshops are part of a municipal strategy to expand training opportunities and improve women's positioning in the labor market. Registrations are made through the application enabled by the City Council.
