More than 2,200 schoolchildren from Tres Cantos have participated in the municipal program 'Cuento Tres Cantos', which featured theatrical performances and staged storytelling at the Adolfo Suárez Cultural Center.

The municipal program 'Cuento Tres Cantos' has gathered over 2,200 schoolchildren from Early Childhood Education, 1st Grade of Primary, and Children's Schools at the Adolfo Suárez Cultural Center for several weeks. The children witnessed staged stories and theatrical performances promoted by the City Council's Department of Culture.
The initiative provided children with an immersive experience specifically designed to "awaken interest in storytelling, theater, and creativity from an early age." The cultural center's exhibition halls were transformed into a thematic set filled with adventures and characters.
Municipal representatives, including the Councilor for Culture, Elisa Lidia Miguel, attended the performance titled 'Odyssey in the Jungle: Expedition 35,' a production combining acting, ambiance, and narration.
The sessions, held weekdays in the morning, conveyed values such as friendship and cooperation, stimulating the schoolchildren's imagination and creativity.

"This proposal allows the youngest ones to have a first approach to the world of performing arts in a close, fun, and participatory way, also awakening their imagination and interest in culture from a very early age."

Elisa Lidia Miguel · Councilor for Culture
The councilor emphasized that such initiatives are part of the municipal strategy to bring culture to all audiences, also mentioning the Baby Storytelling sessions and the 'Pequecinema' Children's Short Film Festival.
