The Community of Madrid has extended its administrative service to larger municipalities with the addition of a new mobile office, which will weekly visit towns such as Algete, Colmenar Viejo, Paracuellos de Jarama, and Tres Cantos.

Residents of Algete, Colmenar Viejo, Paracuellos de Jarama, and Tres Cantos will benefit from a new Mobile Citizen Service Office. This service significantly expands the administrative coverage of the Community of Madrid, facilitating public procedures for residents in the northern part of the region.
With the launch of a fifth specialized vehicle, the regional administration extends its coverage to municipalities with up to 65,000 inhabitants, adding 16 new towns to the route and bringing the total number of served municipalities to 160. This will allow 1.3 million residents to resolve their official matters closer to home, avoiding unnecessary travel.
The mobile office will offer a 3-hour weekly service in each of these locations, with the exception of Aranjuez, which will have 4 hours. The primary objective, as explained by the Minister of Presidency, Justice, and Local Administration, Miguel Ángel García Martín, is proximity and bringing information and public services closer to citizens.
The new vehicles are adapted to improve accessibility, including ramps for people with reduced mobility. They also feature climate control systems and doubled operational screens for greater transparency in tracking procedures.
A notable innovation is that all mobile fleet vehicles are equipped with state-of-the-art semi-automatic external defibrillators, making them fully cardio-protected spaces. Over 40 administrative staff have received specialized training to provide emergency medical assistance.
In addition to the northern towns, the route of this new office includes Aranjuez, Arganda del Rey, Arroyomolinos, Ciempozuelos, Galapagar, Mejorada del Campo, Navalcarnero, Pinto, San Fernando de Henares, Torrelodones, Villanueva de la Cañada, and Villaviciosa de Odón. The service aims to balance access to administrative information with the convenience of resolving procedures in one's daily environment.
