The handover of keys, which took place last Friday, corresponds to two developments located on Francisco Revellés Tejada Street. These new homes, named Navallar and La Maquinilla, include 19 one-bedroom apartments, 59 two-bedroom units, and 32 three-bedroom units, along with parking spaces, storage rooms, and common areas.
A key feature of these buildings is the use of industrialized construction systems. This technique allows much of the structure to be manufactured off-site before being assembled on the plot, optimizing construction timelines and improving the energy efficiency of the buildings.
“"This formula allows us to accelerate the construction of new homes, promote citizens' access to housing, and offer an effective response to the growing demand in the region."
Housing development in Colmenar Viejo will continue in the coming months with the goal of reaching one thousand homes. Of this figure, 332 units will be reserved for the Plan Vive Solución Joven program, aimed at facilitating independence for those under 35.
