The Colmenar Viejo City Council has launched a special bus service for June 19th and 20th to facilitate travel for its residents to the Patron Saint Festivals of Tres Cantos. Under the slogan «Going to the party? I'm going safely», this initiative aims to ensure attendees can enjoy the celebrations without transportation worries.
The buses will follow the usual route of line 723 within Colmenar Viejo, departing from the stop at Paseo de la Magdalena – Ermita and ending at Avenida de la Libertad – Ermita. This route, familiar to users, is intended to provide convenient and direct access.
From Colmenar Viejo to Tres Cantos, there will be five scheduled departures on the night of Friday, June 19th, and the early morning of Saturday, June 20th: at 11:00 PM, 12:00 AM, 1:00 AM, 3:00 AM, and 5:00 AM. This schedule aims to accommodate different plans for attending the festivities.
In the opposite direction, from Tres Cantos to Colmenar Viejo, departures will be at 12:00 AM, 1:00 AM, 2:00 AM, 4:00 AM, and 6:00 AM. The last service at 6:00 AM is designed for those who wish to return after the celebrations conclude.
The ticket price for this special service will be 3 euros per trip. This fare aims to offer an affordable and practical nighttime transportation option for festival attendees.
