This intervention has significantly transformed the commercial heart of the Urbanizaciones District, addressing a long-standing demand from residents and businesses. The renovation of the pavement in La Moraleja square, an area of high economic and social activity, has been the most prominent action in this phase.
The works carried out in the square included the complete replacement of the pavement, improvement of the road surface, and adaptation of the area. The main objective is to optimize conditions for both vehicular traffic and pedestrians, ensuring greater safety and comfort in a highly frequented area.

The Comprehensive Paving Plan is a long-term municipal initiative, with multi-year investment and a target year of 2029. Its purpose is to modernize and optimize Alcobendas' road infrastructure sustainably, prioritizing road safety, accessibility, and urban quality. Following this phase, the council is already planning the next interventions.
