Réplika Teatro in Madrid is solidifying its position as a benchmark for the avant-garde scene, presenting an international program in April and May with Spanish premieres by artists from London, Ukraine, and Berlin.

The second part of the season's program at Réplika Teatro offers a journey through diverse artistic proposals that challenge contemporary conventions. Featured artists include feeo, Heinali & Andriana-Yaroslava, Ewa Dziarnowska, Secret Guests, and Ha Kyoon, many of whom will be making their debut in Spain.
On April 24, the London-based artist feeo, the solo project of the vocalist and composer, will present her debut album Goodness. This work, which has garnered critical acclaim in the UK, blends powerful vocals with rarefied and subtly psychedelic atmospheres, marking the first collaboration between Réplika Teatro and the music agency Giradiscos. Her music positions itself between the contemporary scene and evokes the theatricality of Kate Bush, with a production that integrates spoken word fragments.
On April 30, the Ukrainian duo Heinali & Andriana-Yaroslava Saienko will make their Madrid debut with the album ??????????? - Hildegard. This work is a unique reinterpretation of Hildegard von Bingen's music, combining Ukrainian folk singing with modular synthesis techniques. Their staging has been praised at festivals such as Unsound Festival and CTM Festival, exploring spirituality and the experience of war through music.
Polish dancer and choreographer Ewa Dziarnowska, based in Berlin, will premiere her work This resting, patience in Spain on May 2 and 3. This durational piece, co-produced with Sophiensæle, explores sensuality, nudity, and dance as relational practices, questioning the passivity of installation and the traditional notion of performance. It has been presented at various international festivals, including the Tanztage Festival in Berlin and the What You See Festival in Utrecht.
Finally, on May 30, the duo Secret Guests, composed of Ange Halliwell and Pablo Altar, will debut in Spain with their intimate sound rituals blending sacred resonances and delicate strings. On May 31, South Korean artist Ha Kyoon will present BURIDAN’s SNARES, a performance that draws from Buridan's Ass paradox to explore choices and their consequences on the body and soul.
