With the aim of bringing this transformation closer to professionals, entrepreneurs, and people interested in developing a career in the sector, REMAX Spain will hold a free Professional Workshop on Artificial Intelligence applied to the real estate business on June 2nd in Madrid, open to the public upon prior registration.

The event, which will take place at the Hotel VP SOGNIO Metropolitano in Madrid, will combine practical training, strategic vision, and real testimonials from professionals who are already leading the change in the real estate sector. For three hours (from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM), attendees will be able to learn how technology is redefining key areas such as client acquisition, commercial communication, productivity, and decision-making, without losing sight of an essential element in the real estate business: trust. “Artificial intelligence will not replace the good professional, but it is changing the way we sell, lead, and grow,” is one of the ideas that underpin this workshop, designed to offer a clear, realistic, and applicable vision of the impact of AI on the day-to-day lives of real estate professionals.

The workshop will kick off with a presentation by Álex López, one of Spain's leading figures in artificial intelligence applied to business and sales, specializing in digital transformation and optimization of commercial processes through AI. Under the title “AI + Trust: The New Engine for Your Sales,” López will practically address how this technology is transforming the sales process, from client acquisition to message personalization, meeting preparation, and opportunity tracking. He will also showcase tools applicable from day one to improve efficiency and results without losing the human component that characterizes the sector.

How to Develop a Real Estate Career The program will continue with a session led by José Luis García, Director of the Expansion Department at REMAX Spain, who will explain how the network-based real estate business model, collaboration, methodology, and brand work, both for those looking to start as real estate agents and for profiles with an entrepreneurial vision interested in leading their own project.
