This initiative, which continues the Digital Talent Boost Plan, will run for 24 months and will be funded by the budgets of 2026, 2027, and 2028. The goal is to address the shortage of qualified professionals in these four key technological areas.
The courses will be free, with a maximum of 20 students per group, and will include an individualized training itinerary. This will combine technical knowledge, personal and social skills, and non-work-related internships in companies for at least 20 hours. Participants who wish to do so can certify their English level, with the awarded entity covering the cost of the official manufacturer's test.
The company responsible for delivering the training must ensure that at least 40% of participants gain employment, with a minimum of 60% of these hires being individuals who were unemployed at the start of the training. Offers that increase these percentages, extend internship hours, or improve options for obtaining official English certification will be valued.
Both unemployed individuals registered with the Public Employment Service of the Community of Madrid, who will have at least four out of every ten places reserved, and self-employed or employed workers residing in the region or working in facilities located within it, can participate in these courses.
