Between 2024 and 2025, the professional served as the Director General of Public Governance at the Ministry for Digital Transformation and Public Function. From this position, she led key initiatives in areas such as administrative organization and procedures, service inspection, quality assessment, transparency, open government, citizen services, and public service improvement.
Throughout her career in the General State Administration, she has held various positions of responsibility. These include serving as an advisor on the Undersecretariat of the Ministry of the Presidency, Relations with the Courts and Democratic Memory, as an aide to the General Secretariat of the Wage Guarantee Fund, as a Service Inspector, and as head of various information technology units. For over a decade, she collaborated with the National Institute of Public Administration (INAP) on training activities and participated as an evaluator for the Public Management Quality and Innovation Awards.
The new appointee holds a degree in Biological Sciences from the Complutense University of Madrid. She has a Master's degree in Management of Information Systems and Technologies from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and the INAP, and a Master's degree in Public Management from the INAP. She is qualified for inspector duties and has specialized training in service management, quality, evaluation, and digital transformation.
Her experience and strategic vision will be instrumental in strengthening the Council in crucial areas such as data governance, innovation and improvement of internal processes, and the application of artificial intelligence.
