In addition to new construction, EMVS Madrid will allocate 12.9 million euros to the 'We Buy Your Home' program to increase its portfolio by purchasing apartments. The 'Recovery of Vacant Housing' (ReViVa) program will also be boosted with 3.8 million, aiming to incorporate 50 vacant homes into the affordable rental market.
