During the inauguration of the III Madrid Investment Forum, the head of the regional executive expressed her wish for "how much further we could go, all that we could achieve together if we had common sense governing in Spain".
Ayuso detailed that the regional government is implementing measures to combat excessive bureaucracy. She pointed to the existence of an Open Line Against Hyper-regulation that has already modified or eliminated over 740 procedures.
Furthermore, she announced a new comprehensive law that will include a commitment to eliminate additional bureaucratic burdens that may arise, aiming to prevent regulations from becoming "an unbearable tangle of norms and small rules that no one knows where they came from one fine day".
