The incident occurred on Avenida de las Flores, in the aforementioned Madrid municipality. The worker was performing cleaning tasks, apparently from a safety basket, when the workplace accident took place.
The Community of Madrid's 112 emergency service received the alert at 13:58. SUMMA personnel quickly responded to the scene and attended to the injured man, managing to stabilize him.
The man presented with severe head trauma. Due to the seriousness of his condition, he was airlifted to the 12 de Octubre University Hospital, where he was admitted with a grave prognosis.
