The incident occurred around 02:30 AM when the Community of Madrid's 112 Emergency Center received notification of the impact. A medical and security assistance team was immediately deployed.
As a result of the severe collision, the driver, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle, was ejected from the car's interior. Upon arrival, SUMMA 112 medical personnel confirmed that the injuries sustained were unsurvivable, and resuscitation efforts were impossible, thus certifying his death.

After the death was confirmed, the victim's body was placed under the custody of the relevant judicial authority for the body's removal. The Guardia Civil has taken charge of the investigation to determine the exact causes that led the vehicle to lose control and leave the roadway.
