The incident occurred around 7:15 PM at kilometer 21.7 of the highway. As a result of the strong impact, the VTC driver, who was traveling alone, became trapped inside the car.
Community of Madrid Firefighters intervened at the scene to extricate the injured driver. Subsequently, SUMMA paramedics provided medical attention.
The man, who suffered severe chest trauma, was urgently transported to the 12 de Octubre Hospital for medical treatment.
