The Provincial Court of Madrid has issued sentences against three individuals for the assault on a footballer's residence in September 2025, where they stole luxury goods valued at over 400,000 euros.

The convicted men, whose sentences range from two to four years in prison, were found guilty of robbery with violence and intimidation in a home, document forgery, and several burglaries. Two of them admitted to the facts during the trial, which led to a reduction in their sentences, in addition to the mitigating circumstance of damage repair.
The incident took place in Madrid, where the three individuals acted in a coordinated manner to gain access to the property. Two arrived in a previously stolen vehicle, while the third used a moped with an altered license plate. After entering through an adjacent property, they surprised a domestic worker, whom they intimidated to prevent her from raising the alarm while they searched the house.
During the assault, they stole high-end watches—including exclusive models—jewelry, international brand handbags, luxury glasses, and other valuable items. The total value of the stolen goods exceeded 406,000 euros.
The judicial resolution also details the involvement of the convicted individuals in other home robberies. In one such incident, which occurred in November 2023, they managed to steal a safe after climbing into a house. In another event, in December of the same year, they stole various items after forcing open a garage, and days later attempted a new robbery that was not completed, although they caused material damage.
