The workshop aims to provide practical tools for recognizing, understanding, and managing emotions, promoting self-care as a foundation for personal and family well-being. Registration will be open from July 21 to September 13, 2026.
The training will cover the identification of basic emotions, positive emotional communication, the incorporation of healthy habits, and strategies for emotional regulation and stress management. It emphasizes that self-care is a fundamental necessity to prevent physical and emotional exhaustion.
The methodology will be theoretical-practical, encouraging participant involvement. A minimum of ten registered participants are required for the course to be held. Attendees will receive the presentation used and bibliographic references.
