The Mayor of Madrid, José Luis Martínez-Almeida, presented the trophy to the French athlete, who triumphed with his horse Gatsby du Tillard in the premier event of the world's most important equestrian circuit.
Since last Friday, May 15, the capital has hosted Madrid's oldest international sporting competition, bringing together the world's top riders. The event featured a program of 16 competitions, seven of which contributed to the Longines FEI Ranking.
In addition to the Grand Prix held this Sunday, Saturday saw the staging of the King's Cup Trophy Caser Grupo Helvetia, another significant highlight of this unmissable event for equestrian jumping enthusiasts in Madrid.
