The incident occurred at 00:15 AM this Saturday at kilometer 4.900 of the aforementioned road. Emergency services 112 of the Community of Madrid confirmed the number of those affected.

Of the seven injured, two were taken to 12 de Octubre Hospital with a "severe trauma" prognosis. Another three were admitted to Puerta del Hierro Hospital as "potential trauma" cases, while the remaining two, with minor injuries, were evacuated to Fuenlabrada Hospital.

Paramedics and the Civil Guard responded to the scene. The Civil Guard has launched an investigation to clarify the exact circumstances surrounding the collision.
